All Breed Rescue & Referral Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit-volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, protection, foster care, and placement of any breed of dog.   We strive to promote responsible animal ownership and to assume those responsibilities when others are unable or unwilling to do to. Before our dogs are adopted or placed into foster care, they are either spayed or neutered by an All Breed veterinarian. All dogs are current on vaccines and are healthy. All Breed identifies those dogs having significant needs, such as deafness or blindness. Experienced dog owners nurture and observe the dogs daily. They gladly share their knowledge and insight.    We provide available information about each dog's past, as well as clear information and guidance for the dog's future. We want to help you best care for and enjoy your new friend.
